What are banchans (반찬)? banchans are small Korean side dishes served alongside rice and the main meal. Instead of having just one side, a typical Korean table includes several different banchan meant to be shared. They can be anything from fermented dishes like kimchi to seasoned vegetables, pickled items, and more.
We’re a small family business proudly serving the greater Seattle–Tacoma area with fresh, made-to-order banchan. Everything we make comes out of our commissary kitchen, where each batch is prepared with care and love. We keep things simple: small batches, fresh ingredients, and flavors that feel right at home on your table. Orders are made during the week and available for pickup that weekend.
